From the pool…..

Quick note from the pool for you this afternoon.

Mount Si High School’s boys’ swim team last Thursday competed as part of a meet involving Liberty and Bellevue High Schools.

Of note, Wildcat Jerry Zhu took third in the 200 yard individual medley, clocking 2:19.96, with Mount Si teammate Ian George finishing seventh in that race. Also, those two teamed up with Tyler McDonald and Trevor Moulton to give Mount Si a sixth-place showing in the 200 yard medley relay, with a time of 2:15.01.

Rounding it out, Zhu finished fourth in the 100 yard fly (1:05.54) and McDonald took sixth in the 100 yard backstroke (1:20.87), with Moulton taking eighth in that race.

Mount Si did not record a team score in the meet. The Wildcats are currently off until after winter break.
