Mount Si football wins again

Time for a quick look at football. We’ll have Cedarcrest’s homecoming wrapup shortly, but we have news first on Mount Si High School’s squad, who braved the rain and remained undefeated with another win last night.

Touchdowns from Cole Norah, Andrew Mostofi and Clay, yes, Clay Millen helped the Wildcats take care of the Issaquah Eagles 38-6 down in Issaquah last night. Clay’s brother Cale was on cue as well, connecting with Mostofi for his score among others as Mount Si moved to 6-0 on the season in advance of another tough game next week – this at Skyline, who fell in the Plateau rivalry game last night 24-17 to Eastlake.

Reed Paradissis also kicked a field goal for the Wildcats in the contest. The game next Friday at Skyline High School in Sammamish is 7:00 p.m. and a win almost will certainly lock up the top spot in the Crest Division for Mount Si and a berth in the Kingco title game in two weeks – with the Wildcats hosting it.
