Breshears delivers for Chaffey Baseball in win
Mount Si High School baseball player Carson Breshears had a nice day at the plate, going 1-3, getting a walk and stolen base and scoring a run, all of which helped his Chaffey Baseball U18 team score a 7-2 win yesterday over the Mudville Nine team in the Lee Johnson Invitational tournament in Kirkland. Recent MSHS grad Dewald DeKlerk also saw action in the contest for Chaffey, and scored a run.

Stars blank Tigers
In another LJI game yesterday, the Seattle Stars defeated the ESC Tigers 8-0. Cedarcrest High School grad Tanner Marty went 0-2, but walked and scored a run to aid the Stars’ efforts.
