For you, our readers…..

One other item this morning, and this is a shoutout to all of our readers – we are in need of your help.

We are working to put together our fall sports coverage schedule for college sports and Valley college athletes. We are aware of a large number of local athletes who will be competing on the college level this fall in football, soccer, volleyball, cross country and other sports. However, we want to be sure we’re not missing anyone, so if you are a Valley resident whose son or daughter will be competing on the college level this fall, we want to hear from you. We especially want to hear from you if your child graduated from a local private school, such as Eastside Catholic, Overlake School, Bear Creek School, Cedar Park Christian, Bellevue Christian, etc.

If you are interested in having your son or daughter featured in our fall college sports coverage, let us know by giving us their name, what school they are playing for and what sport, which year they will be this fall (freshman through senior) and what high school they graduated from. Also send us your contact information in case we need to reach you further.

Email all of that above information to, or post a comment in our comment box below.

Thank you for the stories about my daughter Hope Bostick on the Flame 02 team. We share your web page with our family as they live in other states and don’t get to see her play.
    Thank you

You are very welcome, sir. Please wish her and the Flame good luck down in SoCal today. I’m sure they’re having a ton of fun down there……
