Red Wolves advance to volleyball playoffs

Boy were we waaaay wrong on this one and we apologize to the good folks up at Cedarcrest High School’s volleyball program for that.

We had mentioned on Tuesday that their season had come to an end. Well, as it turned out, that was not the case. The Cascade Conference this fall has three berths to the district tournament, and we only thought they had two. CHS battled Granite Falls last night for that third and final district berth, and it took a lot of hard work, but the Red Wolves pulled it out and are on their way to some postseason volleyball, and for that, we offer our congrats. Here’s more from the Everett Herald on last night’s huge win for CHS.

We’ve by the way removed the incorrect material from our Tuesday story.
